(1) No chieftain, mountain guide, mountaineer, or base camp worker who has not obtained the membership of the mountain climbing association will be allowed to go with the mountain climbing team, and the organization that organizes the mountain climbing will not be allowed to make any arrangements related to mountain climbing without affiliation with the mountain climbing association.
(2) The mountain climbing association may be entrusted with the task of granting permission to climb Himalachuli designated by the Government of Nepal.
(3) If the mountain climbing association issues a permit using the authority delegated under sub-section (2), all information about such permit shall be given to the Nepal government within fifteen days of the issuance of the permit.
(4) The Government of Nepal may issue necessary orders or instructions to the mountaineering association and it shall be the duty of the association to follow such orders or instructions.
